Biography

Cyrine A. Saffar is a Tunisian painter and teacher of visual arts who specialized in product design to receive her master’s degree in science and technology of the arts. Working in mixed media and acrylics, her works explore the depth of the self through the world of women, articulated around circular and organic patterns intertwining in an explosion of color. Each of her paintings represents the cartography of the female spirit in all its splendour: sensual, emotional, mystical, sensitive, powerful, and mysterious. She has taken part in several group exhibitions, including the most recent “Odyssée,” Contemporary Art Fair held at the Kherredine Palace - Museum of the City of Tunis.

Cyrine A. Saffar est une peintre tunisienne et enseignante en arts visuels, qui s’est spécialisée en design de produit pour obtenir son master en science et technologies des arts. Travaillant en techniques mixtes et en acrylique, ses œuvres explorent la profondeur de l’être à travers l’univers féminin, articulé autour de motifs circulaires et organiques s’entrelacent dans une explosion de couleurs. Chacune de ses toiles représente la cartographie de l’esprit féminin dans toute sa splendeur : sensuelle, émotive, mystique, sensible, puissante et mystérieuse. Elle a participé à plusieurs expositions collectives, dont la plus récente, “Odyssée”, foire d’art contemporain tenue au Palais Kherredine – Musée de la Ville de Tunis.
